Company culture and environment. It has good environment to work and has some game to play in free time. Apart from fun teams there are pretty helpful and talented which make working thier fun

Cost cutting in everything, despite beinng such big startup, they started to cut cost on items like food, earlier we used to get chip, etc but now nothing. Also they are not providing Work from home much.

...All the model of this company have proved to be the best in the used car sector.There is never delay in salary nor is there any delay in incentive as well

Office Politics, Founders and co-founder's ignorance towards office culture. Salary is decent but growth opportunities are limited and reserved for favorites.

1.Skill development is slim to none. 2.Promotion solely depends on your relationship with the manager. 3.SOP and kRA's aren't defined for most of the roles and it changes constantly with the Poc and management change. 4. Culture is defined by the people in power but since the kRA's aren't defined very few people owns the authority and that makes the culture toxic in Spinny.

Managers favor their inner circle while the CEO focuses solely on brand and profit, ignoring the toxic culture. HR is a mere formality, offering no protection—raising concerns often backfires on employees. Compensation is a joke, with trivial raises and empty promises of better hikes that never come. Promotions are rare and based on favoritism, not merit. If you care about your growth and sanity, look elsewhere. This place is a career dead end.
