Initially it was good but now that the middle and upper management has changed things have become more business centric and the culture has eroded and what is left is just work especially in Sales dept, other depts enjoy their free time, have fun take leaves etc but it is completely opposite for sales teams in Spinny

Nothing as such good things to say about company,it's all related to bad experience from company.

Dislikes

Work life balance,job security,worst management to solve employee queries,no one will is bothered about employee pain.
