There is a lot of polite and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow ,there is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign, on tha job training is not given to new joinees

There is a mechanical relative poor. Salary is monthly not time career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners

Good working environment and culture . Teammates are not supportive , and not spare parts proper arrangements, and salary not good for other benefit not

There is no properly given training and no more equipments, for not growth skills , the machine spare parts not available in store , poor management.

...d will get some positive knowledge on automotive equipment manufacturing parts. As well as good compensation and fast growing also.

The work pressure is high even though will work continue their shift also.Also ,there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets is reliable, High quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high
