Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike

There is no politics and management always address our issues . salary is good there is no bond.

No good conditions of service. Delay of salary for contractor workers more than necessary. Ppes were given without standard. During vacation, no pay while been tied down into a contract term.

I like the way of work environment of spie that is fantastic and Alhamdulillah still my job is secure in this corona period. Good thing is without any delay we get salary.

Actually, I join the spie for career growth, Somewhere and some time I feel, there are not giving attention to us. Some time getting headache in site. Third party company gives more pressure which is not in our job and it is out of our job. So Our spie management should listen to us.

Very good support from management during lockdown. Transportation Medical helps are very good.

As a third party contract we know that after project we would demobilise. But due to COVID 19 it is very difficult to find new job due to company policy for not given NOC.
