Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Great company benefits, Friendly and approachable managers. One of the few companies which abolished the senior-subordinate relationship and replaced with co-worker attitude.

office culture and assistance whenever required is provided. Job satisfaction and enrichment is principle root here.

only that it is not old company but with this there are ample new ways to grow my learning.
