No divali bonus, and minimum Paid leaves.They not giving hike of salary

There is no pressure to do the daily tasks and the shift time is quite good You'll learn some new things here

You'll learn some new things but again after some time you'll end up doing the things you on a daily basis again and again Which makes it a slight disadvantage if you're in your early 20s and want to learn some new things with a job

It's just awesome..It is NABL accrediated lab.it is the reference lab of FSSAI under ministry of commerce.Skill growth is most positive side of spices board.As a Trainee Analyst you have to work 2 years training period.Afterwards you can apply your cv according to job desire..but career point of you this company is just fabulous

Helping nature of seniors and they increase to learn many things, gives ideas to understand the situation and solved the problem. Good Environment of spices board lab to work easy and calm way.

Working is excellent until you are doing alone, training is not going as it was expected, job security is there but no appraisal, travelling is manageable, office politics is up to the roof, learning is quiet well, work environment is also manageable (if only you mind your own work), no innovation and work-life balance is great. Moreover, great to work with scientist.

Dislikes

Only for contract basis, no appraisal, politics is disgusted and a very slow learning environment.
