Slowly growth of yearly apprisal.. In pendamic situation they only paid 50% salary to the employee... Long Notice period .. Joining huge security ammount .. No infrastructure in higher management.. No time maintaining as per the labour law.... company rubbish policy...

I like the way they exploit employees. They are very good at it.

From head to toe, everything. From last five years there is no salary on time sometimes it’s getting delayed for two months sometime it gets delayed for three months. They don’t care if the employee is able to eat something he has enough money to survive. His family can survive. I have seen people who met with accident, cracked their bones but still called to office to work. Even if the employee has not received his salary The top management still fill up their mobile reimbursement forms to ensure that they get the reimbursement in time that’s the level of corruption spicejet has.

Everything they never give salary on time. Its already been several months staff are suffering without salary. Never gave any good appraisal. Work shedule is not good, they never give ontime break to staff, spicejet is the worst airline.

One of the worst experience is not getting on time salary + not giving FNF after resign.. & not even closed staff's PF account. Even after that management don't know who is handling what.

...good job but.things became worse because of poor management no job satisfaction. They will find new ways to deduct amount from employees salary

Employees may be removed very easily for asking their rights . We all are working for salary but management expecting staffs to work for service . Your over time will be asked to take as leave when we have enough preveilege leave what is the use of it , no bonus no allowances especially they have 6 months notice period . At the time of joining New joined have to pay 50000 rupees as deposit and this amount will be return after 30 months within that 30 months they will make u sign in 6 months bond so while leaving also u have to give money to management ,worst thing is during this corona period they have restructured the salary they could not able to give that restructured salary also but still maintaining the bond
