...and stand in solidarity with the company and its decisions taken for its growth. I am on leave without pay from the month of june till November which is pulling my morals down by each passing day. No work no pay is putting a lot of pressure on my mental health. I suggest that this LWP period should be rotational,it should not be like people who are flying are only kept on duty throughtout and people on LWP getting their LWPs extended. I find this unfaire and unjust. Everyone should get the opportunity to fly. Initial 3 months are fine but extention is not good. After every 3 months crew should be called back and the next lot should be sent on LWP untill Covid 19 persists.

I do not dislike anything as I am part of this company for approx 5 years now and this very much speak about my love for my job. Spicejet has given me alot till now and I have full faith on the administration that they will not dissapoint any of their emplyoees ever. Just Few suggestions that I have mentioned in the above column and which I want to grab the attention of spicejet.

To be honest they days you are away from the base tucked into your hotel room and not entertaining any calls ..

...e. 6. They will cease all options for you to grow in and out of the company . 7. Salary is always based on your performance, the guidelines to which isnt justifiable and inhumane . 8. The experience takes a toll on your mental health and you will definitely fall for drugs better ! Another way to get self termination. 9. You will definitely put a hole in your pocket with the grooming standards . And more.....

...eel like you have worked for free. Communication is terrible between management. During COVID-19, they have put employees on Leave without Pay for 1.5 years almost.
