...direct impact of mismanagement of company, unethical and unfair employee policy. Proper remuneration and compensation is a question of Laughing, even company treat their employees with no minimum respect. Even I don't know any employee in that company who don't abuse that company and Arun kashyap behind the managers.One thing I want to clearly say over hear that everybody should know before traveling by spicejet aircraft that they are just going to put their life at mid-sky-risk undoubtedly. Thank you.

The work environment is friendly, the company don't trust random reviews of passengers without listening to own employee. Process of applying for sudden leaves is also easy. The seniors are understanding.

Dislikes

The organisation isn't employee concern. The salary cut-off during COVID was understandable but post pandemic where everything got normal, the salary was still not paid fully and excuse was still the pandemic. Employees were asked to resign suddenly, job security is 0%.

...even paying the full amount, though we worked out of our frame of working hours. Now they are saying, our salary have slashed down to 4-5k. If this company is earning that is because of us. We are making every thing possible and, company have left us just like that. Cutting staff's salary company is filling up their pockets. Sorry to say, but I don't have any option left in this pandemic situation, that is why I have to tolerate the torture and have to stick here,, or else have to die without food and money.
