Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

only it encourages some development programs for the faculty but its always worst in culture

Dislikes

work culture and compensation,remuneration ,work load,psychological pressure ,sundays ,second saturdays working.

Absolutely good place to gain ur knowledge skills , a good atmosphere to study ,good faculty, Students were motivated to build their carrier accordingly.I have placed in a Infinite company with (4.5 Lpa) and in the IBM with a package of (4.25 Lpa).

It was amazing experience working in sphoorthy engineering college... I like the vision and mission of the college,And the management was aslo Very friendly.. College also provided number of opportunities to grow for the professors as well as students.
