I have taken knowledge of isos ,salery hike is not good but average,carrier growth is average. Work environment is OK not good but average. But I had taken good knowledge of electrical & electronic and utility system my carrier growth is nice in Spentex.

Dislikes

For want of hike & next position I have to take change . I don't like Politics related to work & that why clever employee not get the good hike at the time of increments.

This type of organization I haven't ever seen my entire professional career, there were a job security career growth, salary/appraisal in time, good travel policy, good learning, people feel proud to be part of the company as company provide full professional support, very good work environment, good management over all good company.
