...people and they are not worth to right people Hiring is worst in this company Instead of talent people they hire low salary people and send out good working employees No policies on exit of employees They don’t give settlement to terminated people and ask them to go without any proper paperwork and proof for non performance They will send people out simply to balance their expenses No HR stay in that company then how will employees stay No good HR policies Owners never bother about employees personal life…they only copy other companies strategy like giving bikes,cars for eye wash
