I have been working in this esteemed organization from past 9 months and this company has given me a lot of opportunities to work in different departments, all the departments are very supportive in every path of work.

Bad leave policy. No maternity leave policy in this company. Office politics. No growth. Bad loans. Company is struggling to pay suppliers and yet invest huge chunk in new projects by taking more loan from private finances. Please do not join this company, it will ruin your career. MD is biased towards people who have been working there for 5+ years. Though some of them do not have basic qualification, communication skills (bad English), do not know how to behave in front of customers and suppliers, MD favors them because they speak with MD everyday and give update about other employees (office politics). MD is more interested in politics (waiting for Corporator ticket from BJP) nowadays than running this business. MD involves employees in election campaigns (indirect).

small scale industry into sub-contracting and job work..

No job security. lot of internal politics, u will not be allowed to deliver or shine. company is a small scale industry into sub contraction business of micro plastics. they dont have own product. appointment letter will not be issued and u will be in probationay and no confirmation letter will be issued. after a year or two you will be replaced by a low cost employee. ownership company ...cant rely and no growth. also working hours is 12 -14 hrs and saturday is full day...plz avoid at first place....work pressure is very high and no guidance from the management

For parents medical treatment/operation you can take leaves for max 1 day only. Bad leave policies. No gratuity. In some cases Good for "🪣 work" They can terminate in hours, no job security. Every day is nightmare. Senior always try to humiliate.
