If I talk about the good things about the STM are the best environment and management even I’m working in night shift so there is good food facility for dinner, also working pressure is quite decent but no at all over. Our CEO of this company Vidur Gupta is very humble and always motivate the employees for their goals and achievements.

... I’m working in this company since 2022 but I didn’t get appraisal till now. So this company is not fit for the compensation and settlements in terms of money.

...ules. Appraisal decided without any discussion or seeing any performance review. Even you have keep eye time every moment even when you are going to canteen, if you will spend more time in canteen then your salary will deducted. Pathetic culture, no appreciation or acknowledgement for any work assignment closer.

Management can fire anyone anytime, with no reasons, no work appreciatation, salary deduction on every small time parameters.. You even can't done your lunch properly.

This is a 3rd party company they don't stand for their employee which they send to join no salary hikes no promotions they listen parent company they don't even ask the employee about what problem he is facing
