Good staffs but poor management

The manager himself gives fake promises of hike, perks and benefits at times of interview and doesn't give proper salary at time. Most of the time only half salary is paid which is against law. Also you will be shifted centres based on admissions. Its pathetic a lady staff has to travel around and the worst is they dont even compensate for the travelling. This company is not meant for ladies at all. No proper work ethics.

I doesn't have a good experience and had a bad working atmosphere there very very bad place to work as a fresher or experienced and then the toilets were very dirty ,they release the cyanide mixed waste water through the drainage and this impact on our environment and society , salary 18000 but they tortured me to work for more than 12 hours per day and doesn't give the break and lunch time properly lot of things to say that this is not a company

They had not done salary increment , several time i had updated to my manager also but there is no positive reponse

It was great working with spectrum ..lloyd at pune ..every person were help full.. Good support as a big brother from BM -Jitendra sir and Asm - Abhinav singh sir.... If i get again a chance then i will work again with this company nd team
