Well disinclined well decorum , our most of Superior Retirement Officers ARMY PERAMILLITARY. COMMENDED and more higher Rank officer . We work in a team as relay race . Sales Team . Telecaster, Back hand team , Administration team Account department. And most importantly we have insurance king how spend more then 30year experience in Insurance industry for training team . Product information team . Our work Culture. COMPANY POLICY:- ONLY ONE WORD IF YOU GIVE YOUR BEST WE GIVE YIUR CLIENT BEST SERVICE, WITH A COMMETMENT. ANY HOW . I AM VERY LUCKY TO PART OF THIS ORGANIZATION IT'S GIVE ME LOTS OF ABILITIES TO GRAPES THE BEST OPPORTUNITY. I HAVE NOT IDEA WHERE IS MY FIVE YEAR IN THERE . WE WORK AS FAMILY TEAM.

Incentive part is not good take long time to release. Bit salary before on time as Sunday or bank holiday . Freedom to moov another bank if your not comfortable in current bank . Freedom to speak directly little miss the decuram.

...ure teammates are supportive but some not supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is fast.

Long time touring 2month to 3month continue out of station according to me bcoz I am a married person I have two child and my mother . I was with him when they required me . I take help to someone . Nothing anything with me

As an employee, even if you are performing so well there will be no increament you will get due to the leader.....leaders are so much unskilled and having bad behaviors as they are handling every department in which they are having lack of knowledge. Not supportable at all.
