...ure teammates are supportive but some not supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

JOB SECURITY:- My organization is the only one organization who has lots of option for working employee. As it Name show insurance distribution, We have three BANK colouration SBI PNB &HDFC .If one not good performs in anyone them bank then we shift his to another try here if not go another all three BANK have different plan different presentations. So that is the security of job . WORK CULTURE:- . We are work for Belt duty means defence & Peramillitary , State police. Railway Police. Well disinclined well decorum , our most of Superior Retirement Officers ARMY PERAMILLITARY. COMMENDED and more higher Rank officer . We work in a team as relay race . Sales Team . Telecaster, Back hand team , Administration team Account department. And most importantly we have insurance king how spend more then 30year experience in Insurance industry for training team . Incentive part is not good take long time to release. Bit salary before on time as Sunday or bank holiday . Freedom to moov another bank if your not comfortable in current bank . Freedom to speak directly little miss the decuram.

Long time touring 2month to 3month continue out of station according to me bcoz I am a married person I have two child and my mother . I was with him when they required me . I take help to someone . Nothing anything with me

As an employee, even if you are performing so well there will be no increament you will get due to the leader.....leaders are so much unskilled and having bad behaviors as they are handling every department in which they are having lack of knowledge. Not supportable at all.
