Compensation is low. The work is not dynamic for my taste. My manager is crazy and keeps bullying me. My bonus is being withheld. The senior management is cunning and the team leads follow the same footsteps.

...ny, if you are interested in recruitment and sourcing for semiconductor domain. Pay scale is very good. You can get very good experience for the starting 1-2 years .

If you are a sheep they'll herd you. Stop running this consultancy and start an actual labour company. Wait, you're already doing it. Just rename the company into "Spectrum Labour Company".

...aisal, etc,. Instead they'll ask you to work on weekends and mandatory holidays. I worked here for more than 2 years with the same starting position and salary. May the god bless you, if by mistake you joined this company. Goodluck, even the luck can't make you survive here.

There is nothing good here, just the salary, so I have to stay.

Everything, worst work culture and management, there is no increment in salary,too much pressure n burden on employee. Very cheap mindset people are there in higher management.while joining they said it is flexible work,now they sets time limit and too high target like unachievable in 10hrs

They’re just frauds. Dont ever work here. They offer you a good salary and in return they give you a hell lot of trauma, and they can kick you out any time (personal experience), without giving you a proper reason.
