1) Appreciation for Good work => NO NEVER, CREDIT GOES TO THE BOSS ONLY IF GOOD WORK IS DONE 2) Insults and bad words for even little things like bugs, mistakes => YES, ON REGULAR BASES 3) Process => ZERO, boss himself is confused what he wants 4) Expectation => 1 PERSON = 1 TEAM OF BIG TECH COMPANY 5) Salary => 1 TEAM = 1 PERSON OF BIG TECH COMPANY 6) Target => VERY HIGH PRESSURE TO DELIVER PRODUCT TO ACHIEVE YEARLY TURNOVER TARGET, IF TARGET ACHIEVED, MEANS ONLY SALES TEAM WORKED, REST DEPT WERE JUST PLAYING GAMES. TOURS, AWARDS, APPRERECIATION ETC TO SALES TEAM ONLY 7) APPRAISAL => I GOT 1200 MONTHLY INCREMENT (NOT USD, IT'S INR)

...working company. 2. Managers are supportive. 3. Product quality is top notch. 4. Salary and Incentives are too good.

1. They dont care about the families of the employ. 2. They may remove you at any point of time, management dont have ethics of business. 3. Company does not know there TAM and place of positioning the product in the market. Just selling it like a box moving product. They just need sales without any business intelligence. 4. Backend team does not support you properly, since front end people suffer too much. 5. They dont have upgrades in the products, still selling the same technology from past few years and other companies upgrade themselves according to the market. 6. Working culture is so bad. 7. They sell what they have not what customer requires and believe there product is super fine to the customer.

On time salary is just a thing to like about this company

Appraisals are just like beans and nuts You've to make sure that your work is perfect and there is no bug/issue otherwise they will shout at you in front of everybody without thinking for a moment They only care about sales not the employees No job security, if profit is low then you can be terminated anytime

...but management is poor regarding appraisal and all other needful things related. Salary is on time basis.

Management politics hamper the employees future growth.So don't stay in these company more then 2 years.
