The job is secure and free to implement the ideas, experiment innovation. Only the owner is lazy to give incentives but the salary is perfectly in time. Happy to be with but everyone needs to move as a career growth or further challenges.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is also not great growth is slow and uneducated manager like sudeesh SR palladium mall has been hired Asia kitchen the incident was happened with me with this same guy sudeesh SR and no one from management bothered worst experience I have taken in Mumbai zone

Salary only provided to staff working for more than 20years that also on favourable basis.close to higher management.Even asked to leave the job during lockdown
