There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is also not great growth is slow and uneducated manager like sudeesh SR palladium mall has been hired Asia kitchen the incident was happened with me with this same guy sudeesh SR and no one from management bothered worst experience I have taken in Mumbai zone
The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

A weak management system which works partially ,
It's franchise units are worst in paying the staff their salary and other benefits ,
Less opportunities to grow until and unless you're a ball of its management
The job is secure and free to implement the ideas, experiment innovation. Only the owner is lazy to give incentives but the salary is perfectly in time. Happy to be with but everyone needs to move as a career growth or further challenges.
Less to say about but the career growth is very slow as the improvement is shown still.
