The main thing I like is the work life balance which you can get by working from home or in office. You can only work 8 hours and nothing above. The CEO is kind, understanding and actually listens to your problems.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are very less and they always claim recession when appraisals are to be done.

There is nothing which I can write here apart from the fact that there was no salary cut during the lockdown period.

Dislikes

There is lack of professionalism. Indian management is good but helpless as they are nothing but mere puppets in hands of French team, They have no decision making power and simply has to follow the instructions given by the france management. People selected or hired as managers are not based on merits but are solely done on the basis of favoritism. Also, there is no learning and no career growth. No proper training is provided to new joiners.

My experience was marred by unprofessional behavior, particularly from Sutapa Saha, whose attitude towards team members created the toxic work environment. I would suggest don't join in her team. She is a Hitler and dictator and toxic mind.

i was working here. there is full work life balance here. Company doesnt disturb on weekends I am fully satisfied with the company.

there is growth in every profile. if you are coming here for work then its the right platform. work life balance is always there.

I've been working in this company for the past 14 years & it's the best company from an employee satisfaction point of you. I got the opportunity to visit Paris headquarter multiple times for training purpose. SpecialChem gives massive learning exposure to their employee.

Work Pressure is high in my team as compared to compensation in the mark.
