Very poor work culture especially in EMC contract. All equipment are old and not in working condition. Highly under resourced company. Giving impractical target to employees.

Organization structure. Every company is having their own Organization chart with the work flow starts from its respective discipline leader where as in STS one subordinate is having different bosses to report.
