...ther company will spend this much money and time towards developing HSE culture. management very keen to give salary on time. workers are very happy with this company.

Very poor work culture especially in EMC contract. All equipment are old and not in working condition. Highly under resourced company. Giving impractical target to employees.

Right time salary, decent bonus, High HSE culture ( more than demand make boring sometime)

Provide under resources against demand, No plan on project drive, Always keep employees in unrealistic work pressure/ mental stress

Ya it's very good and topmost company.Work good experience and teammates are very supportive and management is good.

All people are good but lots of politics and bad attitude.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Organization structure. Every company is having their own Organization chart with the work flow starts from its respective discipline leader where as in STS one subordinate is having different bosses to report.
