Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...E culture. Every year bonus is there, STS is a referral company in terms OF HSE. No delays in monthly salary.

Dislikes

Very poor resources management in terms of mechnery and equipment. Most of the equipments are very old

Job security is high,Managements are cooperative and understand the family situation gives emergency leave instantly.

Dislikes

Promotion will be provided for company shake but appraisal like salary increment will be very minimal.

Company is good but working culture and work routine is quite tuff. No yearly increment, it is purely mullu based company so not so much career growth and opurtenitys for noth indian people.... Overall average environment.
