Good work environment and culture.Teammatea are supportive and the management is transport.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

... see many politics in this company...i hate it....managers are also not good....no good salary....everyone is above 12 thousand....its not good for happy life...its not sufficient

I have learned so many things in Spear logistics. They are also running training academy for development of employees which very good initiative. Staff is good.

Less chance for growth. Compensation is decent.

The company is so good. Need to some micros into working types also need of man power in absence of staff.

Need to leave free of employee during work pressure. Before escalation the any errorness by the workers to the higher level need to educate and guide the same.
