Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There's nothing to like about the place actually.

Dislikes

...t to do or how to do. 4. They use abusive languages to the people working there. Even when we ask for salary they start to shout and abuse us. 5. Too many politics. 6. I didn't get my January month salary even after I quit for a month now. 7. They kept changing work timing without consulting with the workers. Very worst place to work and even to study.
