Mr. Satish Paranjpe is one of the partner at SPCO &CO. who is an amazing person by nature and having wide experience in the feilds of Income tax. Under his guidance, One can learn alot of great things which I personally think is very difficult to find now a days in other Mid sized CA firms. He has alot of Interest in developing his articles and also he puts alot of effort in their growth. Infrastructure facilities are very good in the office. I'm very glad that I completed my articleshio under him and also achieved success in my life by becoming a CA myself.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike in that office. There's only one disadvantage that the firm only deals mainly in direct taxes.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
