Nothing to like about Spazevision

...onster face. Manager check how much time you are taking lunch break, tea break. If you take some extra time, manager will cut your salary from variable pay. Manager is from MEP and don't know about architecture and structure so it gets very difficult to complete project, no senior from architecture and structure If you want to experience jail, hell you must join Spazevision.

Nothing to like as much Compony Environment is tolerable.

Dislikes

That so called MEP Manager VV doesnt know about professionalism. If anybody ask me about joining then my suggestions are clear. Also, the guy who is friend of VV also the same as him but he knows how to speak english and manage meetings with clients. These two management people creates chaos in employee life and they dominates employees to come on weekend without any need. One talented guy left because them of them as much as I think.

There's nothing to like about this company. There is no management, also manager is not proper... There are so many leaves in the portal but if you ask for leaves every time they reject leave or reduce leave day's.. they don't even bother your personal issues they just want to be work done...

Dislikes

You can't learn any new things from here... They want their employees to come at exact alloted time but there is no out time.. they just say there is 9 hours of work time but daily your work time extend you have to work for 10 to 12 hours a day which is also less for them...

There is nothing to like in Spazevision.. you can come here to spoil your carrer ofcourse . That one good review is given by the manger VIVEK . Who don’t even know how to write emails to clients.

You can dislike work culture , toxic environment, bad mentorship and everything you which can boost your carrer.

Manager needs to improve his English knowledge they provide communication class but still improvement is not there . Because of their behaviour many talented people resign from the company

Worst behaviour of sales team with operation team , sales people always interested in employees personal life Company is interested in personal life of employees Too bad and fake company Your career will wasted
