Being a fresher/trainee and someone who is willing to get great knowledge in the starting of his carrer can get this place as one of very good places. But once you are trained/skilled, you might feel to be underpaid.

Less salary, bad work management and not much exploration once you are trained to something. You have to follow the one way only.

There is a work life balance. Good team. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisals given not upto the mark. No career growth as much. You will be doing the same thing throughout. No perks or incentives given on time.

Company may be good but my manager didn't give me a chance to see the goodness in hell.

Dislikes

They are clueless and every department has few 7-10+ year old person working who never want to adjust a newcomer. Specially few managers like Richard are just hell. Although he might have strong technical knowledge but doesn't know the boundaries of professional behaviour. He humiliates experienced person as a school intern.

The company considers my needs and helps me work to the best of my abilities. They organize fun activities to help their employees take a breather and bond with each other, which I take part in and enjoy :)

Dislikes

I feel hesitant to take leaves, but that could be just me. It would also be great if female employees could get the option to take a menstrual leave AND a work from home to cover 2 days instead of just one during the menstrual cycle, although I am grateful for the change they've made in their policy (we can avail a day of work from home at the moment).
