...Job not stable, high attrition, everyone leave in less then 1 year. Bad culture. Good salary hike...but no guarantee of job.

No company culture, no structure, mismanaged, bad bosses, peers are puppets of VPs, favouritism, no growth, stagnant company, not professional, HR policies are not for employees only for company, don't join, no peace of mind, politics, manipulation. Manager have no team under them.. sr. manager report to another sr. manager. office is a Trap, don't join, no stability or job security in Spartan Poker... If ur joining Marketing Retention team of Spartan then think THRICE... It has gone to the gutter.. bad place.

...s for one year for which I was scolded in the end. He messed up our last FY tax. Recently half of employees were fired & we are yet to get our last salary & FnF. So many employees have complained against him but management doesn’t listen since he saves money for them using predatory tactics. I hope one day management fires him after the complete downfall of the company which is now inevitable.

Nothing much to like about at Spartan. They are on a downfall and they also know it very well.

Dislikes

Salary deductions without any reason. 9+ hours work plus work after office till late. No recognition or appreciation. Zero job security. Will layoff anytime when they feel they cannot pay salaries to employees.

There is nothing to live about Spartan Poker(Omnibay)

Dislikes

There is zero job security in the company they can let you resign when they want. There is no proper deadline of the projects. There is no appraisal, KRA and Comp. off given to employees. Strict Policy to work 9 hours per day. Mostly every 6 month merger happens and employees get laid off. Recently 90% of developer from Front-end Team get laid off with reason of merger where you need to sign off your own resignation.

Pathetic management & finance team. Always looking to deduct money from the payroll & bonuses & never paying money on time. Hemal from finance is a major reason of lot of problems since he unnecessarily complicated simple payments. 50% of the employees were fired including me after 1verse took over. We are yet to get our FnF payments. Having followed up for more than a month now. I am afraid if the company is going to shut down, how will I get my stuck payments. Since, I know there is lot of pending payments to customers as well. New management, CEO & Finance team is doing hell level politics & not paying us.
