It is a trauma center mainly catering to the Road traffic accidents and orthopaedic injuries. Plastic surgery is mainly giving support to orthopaedics. Microvascular surgeries are common here

...ted beyond its face value. Personal growth of consultants is not appreciated If you start doing well and you are on variable pay then they will make sure that you don't by diverting patient to consultants on fixed pay. you will have to work with inefficient staff in Theater so you will take more time to complete a surgery

Dislikes? Yes, there are some.eg. no scope of skill development and less salary. but you get to learn and gain experience from qualified professionals.

I left the job at Sparsh hospital .But it's a great place to work. Supportive employees and good work culture balance Covid brought about changes to the demand of work.

The hospital has been in the healthcare space for 15 years and still doesn't have a structure, lacks professionalism, has no culture. The HR head is not professional, lacks interpersonal skills, lacks team dynamics handling, highly ego centric and is only bothered about the work getting done. Please do not join this hospital.
