It's one of the best companies i have worked so far. The leadership is very welcoming to ideas and growth. It's an open and flat system. You don't need to call anyone by sir or mam. The work culture is top notch. The focus is on execution and no blame game politics is there. Highly recommend to join. The area of focus is much different from others in the market.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. The only point is your team is scattered. Most of them working from Banglore office and sales from Delhi office. So communication and office environment sometimes can be challenging
