...is company is facing worst fund issue and unable to pay salaries for 3-4 months. And when i asked about salary during interview hr told me tgat we were facing issue of funds till last year but from last 1 year we are paying salarie on monthly basis. Hence pls...never join this company. When covid 19 pandemic situation came they asked me to resign frm job as i was the new joinee and they were not capable of paying salaries to new employees.

Specially MD is nice,company policies and anything only in writen no flowing no timely sallery and bonus given before 3 years.

Management is verry bad politics 👎not gived timely sallery bonus any thing.

THERE IS NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE, JOB SECURITY IS NOT THERE, SALARY ISSUE, HIGH POLITICS, WORK ENVIRONMENT IS NOT GOOD, WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH MOST OF THE TIMES NEED TO WORK 12-14 IN A DAY, NO TRAINING

They are very supportive and make comfortable working environment. Headcount cutting is done for survival but it is done by ever other company.

Dislikes

Colleagues of several departments were totally non-enthuciastic and lathargic Several People working are addicted to Dream 11, tiktok and share market at time of work. Many would not leave their desk and mobile phones till 12:00 pm several warnings from HR but people ignore. Continuous delaying of activities, wrong decision, acting against the interst of company and systematic distruction of company's chance of getting profit has caused company bear huge loss however company has supported each and every one till the time it could. Irresponsible behaviour brought this company to ground. Such people have put so dramatically negetive reviews on this page. It is the same people for distruction of companies work culture such people will go on ruining companies.
