The only good part about working in Spark44 was the snack cupboard, until the budgets were cut down and there was hardly anything there in the cupboard and neither was it refilled.

Dislikes

At Spark44 Mumbai, the top management people believe in the fact that every employee is disposable and can be replaced in no time at all. The management never cut slack to any employee for personal or professional reasons, one must work, irrespective of their situations. There hasnt been any improvement in this situation in the 1.5 years that I was associated with the company. When one decides to leave the job, the ego of the top management is hurt and they pull you up to tell you that you are displosable and they don’t care if you leave, even after the client has had an amazing rapport with you. This is just a tiny example of the dreadful 1.5years. There is no HR in the company in the current office structure. There is an office assistant who is extremely incompetent and will not be able to help you with anything. All she is capable of is to roll eyes, when you ask her questions. Another worst part of the organisation is that, a few employees sit in the office and run their own business from the office premises, delaying client’s work, under the noses of the top management. Has been a disappointing experience in this company.
