Compensation were good but not as per the industry. The work pressure is too high in current fiscal year because of this pressure are gone to the extent. Market is also very slow, thus the pressure is increasing day by day & month by month.

Experience workers salary is low and new workers salary is High so working time experience workers are not put in more than effort in work

Organization structure and manpower approval for down the line structure. Salary breakup which leads to more income tax. Some policies e.g. OYOC, Local Conveyance, Travel inland etc.

Initially salary hike is good while joining the organization. Corporate office campus is good.

Work-life balance is poor. Annual appraisal is not as per market standard. Internal processes and decision making is very slow. No coordination among departments.
