Other unites of minda is inspiring to work in exact unit location , because whole spark minda group is not bad but the wiring harness culture not that much good I have to start my career and I had learn so many things from minda

Creation of culture with respect to emerging market. Behavior of promotors with the employees, Location of office, opportunities within the group. Different events organized by HR

Organization structure and manpower approval for down the line structure. Salary breakup which leads to more income tax. Some policies e.g. OYOC, Local Conveyance, Travel inland etc.

The behaviour of National head of helmet department is very bad with his team. He literally go personal..i dont whether HR has taught him harrashment policies or not. he thinks that kaam krn vale employees nhi ghulam h.
