Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

One of the worst company, who want to rule over on sales through his manager to employe by physical out of limit, due to that two employe has been suffrered accident, so i am not suggest any one to work in this company for a single day... This company has also changed is name from Spark Ind Plast to Aquatek Sanitary Fitttings Limited
