The ideology and service is great for students of music
Dislikes
The pay rate is extremely poor. The per hour rate is 250₹ an hour on average while they charge ₹15000 per student. Extremely unfair wage balance considering the teachers are doing the work.
Spardha is a growing platform and it's been a great journey with spardha so far. I have worked here with a many teams and all people are really nice. I have seen my growth in these many years. Work culture in spardha is excellent. Managers are really supporting and they treat us like a family. If you are hard working and sincere towards Work then spardha is a right platform.
