it is unacceptable that workplace can have a such a toxic culture and lack of work-life balance. late-night calls are a clear sign that the management does not respect employee's time and the absence of empathy only adds to the already negative atmosphere. the poor management and egoistic promoters only make the situation worse, and the hire and fire policy suggest that the company has no regard for its employee job security, not receiving a bonus despite promise made by HR is clear indication of company dishonesty the fact the company has been in the industry for 20 years but has only 150 odd employees raise serious question on growth and success, the biases towards US employees and mistreatment of Indian employees with few exceptions is unacceptable and speaks to the company's lack of diversity and inclusion. the presence of mole disguised as employee is deeply concerning and adds to the already toxic and untrustworthy environment I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY AS IT SEEMS TO HAVE FAILED ITS EMPLOYEE AND LACKS INTEGRITY

1. One person billing on multiple projects 2. One person working on multiple projects without client knowledge. 3. Dont allow the person who is owning the project to lead properly. Unneceeassry involvement of founders wasting other time and not trusting them.

The appraisal discussion is late... They will give you in July or Aug but this will be effective from April.

Work content good and challenging with multiple projects. People understanding in general and accommodating

Dislikes

Being very small , it does not provide exposure and growth prospects. Does not invest in scaling up hence good for sometime only.
