Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day and I have attend clients all call in evening and sometimes late into the night

Itc had its project allocated to spar which has been subdued and thus spar is not handling itc project .

Dislikes

For initial career building its a good start for new comers. Being 3rd party payroll working hours extend beyond 12 hours too. Plus growth opportunities are very limited. Thus its good place to work for initial 2 -3 years .
