Useless planning stuff. Useless top management giving pressure till bottom people in the name of result even when they are clearly aware . Suicidal for career and mental peace. Never join this company.

It's a great company to work.. If u r a good employee then u will be take good salary hike and pramotion company says if employee have good energy then he will deliver the task so company provide employees 1 banana and 1 egg...also fun was there and team mates is good

...ironment and culture. Teammates are so supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Good work environment and Culture. Company policies are very good, every year bonus given to employees, teammate are very supportive and the Management is transparent.

Appraisal are not fair and they not give good salary hike and Company have to promote and encourage employees to Next level by his experience talent and examination about retail knowledge. Over all company is very Good 👍

Growth is very slow and the work pressure is very high. most of the time it is very difficult to call get the time on weekly off. Management speaks in the rubbish language to their employee. There is no work life balance, No innovation, Mangement doesn't have clarity what to do so the employee is doing the same job repeatedly. No good atmosphere. Job security is also not there.
