I worked in spandana 5.8 years but my salary with variable 3.2 lak per anum in my side give small suggestion for management please think about old employees for salaries hike so many employees completed in spandana 4 or 5 years but salaries 3 to 3.5 lak per anum they didn't get any holes and pramotion for that senior employees in freshers giving 3 laks above in that freshers don't have any experience but giving salaries 3 lakhs above what is the difference about experienced employees and freshers both are getting same salaries I am requesting think about senior employees

Average salary and less leaves with over time working and no respect from the employees.

...m the all employee not to join this company. This company will spoil the career. Very bad management and staffs are not getting their salary on time. This is totally buttering company and if you give buttering to your senior you will be there otherwise not. There are no values of your performance. There are lot of story about this company and if I want to write it will be take so many time. So guys I request the all staffs and upcoming employee pls not join this company if you want to build your career.

Justice should be same for all staffs. There are lots of problems.

Company Management is not good. Less reponse from top level management. Most of the employees are not aware about company rules and regulations.

Company has to give salary on time, boggiest issue is no on time salary.

Less salary as compared to operations dept...the company is only focusing operations dept..working as internal auditor with spandana but getting less salary as compared to other MFI
