As a fresher it is quite good place to work . You will get good work experience as a RMO

Dislikes

They do pay very late, almost at the end week of month. No respect for RMO, you are like cheap labour to them + you will also work as PA of consultants

...ansparent and my dear. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very very good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. .......

I do not like anything to say working in this hospital. There are no scientific way to fight COVID-19 here, only incoming money is the main moto. The worst culture of employee I have seen working here. I will never refer anybody to work with this hospital. There are no job satisfaction, no job guarantee working here.

What I would say working in Spandan Hospital, was the worst time in my career. There is nothing systematic, staffs are so unprofessional, always gossiping and leg pulling. Please my request to everybody to not to join in this hospital.
