I feel somehow HR department is little bit confusion. less pay when compare to the market.

Likes

It's a good place to work and grow. As a relatively small product based company, you have a lot of transparency. You are not limited to one set of skill or technology, you get to learn a plethora of skills (both technical and non-technical). People are helpful and friendly.

Dislikes

The only complaint is that the company does not provide permanent work from home. Although there are certain special cases where some employees are granted a prolonged work from home option.

Likes

Company really value its employees. It believes in transparency and proper communication. We have a non political environment and a perfect work life balance.

Dislikes

Honestly, nothing so far thats why i will complete 6 years working with Spacewell very soon 🙂
