The work culture is really good. The environment and team is very positive to work with. In terms of professional growth it has been reward since 2 years. The company values the employees and make sure they are compensated adequately based on the quality and dedication to work.

Dislikes

Earlier there has been poor quality of hiring IT resources and the quality of work came down. Recently the team has been switched with a technically strong team lead and quality hiring of developer resources which has been reflected in the project quality and timelines.

Developer team was very cooperative.

Dislikes

Lot of drama and politics. Developers where not appreciated for there work no appraisal nothing. The head is non technical. Only support non technical people. They see developers as their owned labourers. Highly toxic environment. You want to grow here just butter the higher authority. And if you open to your thoughts and speak up you will be fired.

I have been working with this organization for 2.1 years. The work experience and learning opportunities have been excellent, and the environment is friendly.The team leads and managers are highly supportive and provide great guidance. Additionally, the flexibility of hybrid work is an added advantage.

On August I resigned from this sh&& company, this is not even registered.i think they made the whole company just to make experiments. I liked the colleagues only nothing else.

The non technical and foolish management. Who is responsible to ruin the environment and might ruin company in future. Anyways I can only say is when you want to run tech company the upper authority people must have atleast little knowledge about tech. Here only fools are sitting in such positions....just ignore this.
