I was fortunate to have had a good boss who was never nagging. I was allowed in a way to work at my own pace (No, I wasn't lazy) and pressure of target completion was surmountable. The company's policies were somewhat employee friendly and the work culture was alright.

Dislikes

The big bosses in Delhi were with high noses. Every time on a virtual meeting, they keep beating about the bush. Stalling the recruitment of marketing executives, meeting targets were near impossible. No career development prospect in the company and achievements were not lauded.
