Benifits NILL, PF is pending since March, no health insurance, no incentives or performance based pays. 5. No hikes and No promotion

SP ROBOTICS is a brand which cheats their investors. After investing all the hard earned money we came to know this. Please beware of this brand if you are willing to invest.

No proper organizing from Head Office on anything Incharge for Franchise will keep on changing and you both can't follow together. The actual investment is not worth for this business. Instead you can start with very less investment. Poor organizing in events. It's a kind of trap for new investors/entrepreneurs If you are taking their franchise then ready to lose your money and ready to see biggest failure in your life. I see this as a kind of fraud/scam. As a individual and existing franchise people without having support to go legal they are cheating new investors again and again. I request Indian government to audit their past and request to order the brand to not give any more franchise. To my knowledge almost 70% of their franchise are failed and remaining 30% are about to fail.

We franchisees invested so much because AI and Automation is an exciting field and education is a noble profession. But they turned out to be frauds and education has no space for cheaters!

Employees / Franchisees / Investors / Vendors - BEWARE OF SP Robotics - Once they take your money, they stop receiving phone calls and do not respond to emails. - Once you have invested money / given credit, then you are stuck. - Top-down culture of lying, cheating & misrepresenting all the time. - Unpaid GST & TDS and returns not filed, tax credit could not be availed - Breaking promises, agreed fees & charges in contracts increased unilaterally. - Kits / Spares not supplied even after 2 years! - Unviable business, trapping new investors / franchisees with lies, exaggerations and misrepresentations. - Honest junior employees feel helpless with their management's lying and cheating habits going against employees' family values. Employees salaries & PF contributions still unpaid. - Silently they have changed their address. - They have employed new managers who say we don't know about previous promises or legal contracts and they are trapping more innocent employees, investors & franchisees. Caution: Do extra due diligence if you ever associate yourself with SP Robotics. Never give money as you will be trapped. Ask for audited accounts of past 5-6 years & all lies will be exposed. Ask them for 81 franchisee owner contacts and call them up. They do not have 81 franchisees. They are LYING!
