Sorry, it is so repcon,not sp Repcom. There is no firm policy for the employees. During lock down no payment was made & after only half payment. There are hardly employees how are paid PF etc. No increment to the regular employ from the last 4 years. I was working on fix payment which they were not paid me after lockdown.

Dislikes

No laid down policy, man to man marking, only fix monthly payment. No HR department. One man show. Present project hand to mouth.

Likes

Over all good company for learners & to get confidence during working. Company give opportunities to take independent decisions. Annual appraisal systems to motivate their staff. Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Person having more than 20 year experience has no much future's for learning. Top management don't give much authority for their staff to take management's decisions. No financial authority to their staff. More yes man organisation with the owners. Only one man show.
