It is a small scale industry and well developing company. Induvidual can perform very well. Yearly increment is dependent on performance so we can our efforts wont get wasted.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high. Managers wont help for problem solving and i cant take any quick decision-making, if any small or big problem occurs only CEO will take the decision it doesn't help for quickest and easiest solutions.
